You can see the earnings from your affiliates by going to  "Affiliates" -> "Affiliates Earnings Chart Details", in your FxRebate account. You must be logged in in order to have access to this information.

In your FxRebate client account in the "Affiliates" menu, from the chart "Top Affiliates" select "Details" and your can check tire 1, tier 2 and tier 3 affiliates, and all their details.

After you login into your FxRebate client account, in "Affiliates" menu, in the section "Share your affiliate link with your friends" you can find your affiliate link and some of the methods you can use to share it with your friends.
