All you need to do is to open an FxRebate account, to add your existing account in your FxRebate client portal and we will sort out the rest. There will be no downtime, or disruption in your trading.

No. We cannot for legal reasons receive any notification on your account balance or trading history unless you decide to provide that to us. Your account is password protected and only you can get access. We merely obtain an income for referring you to your broker and pass that savings back to you.

Yes. We do work with some brokers that for legal reasons or otherwise, are not listed on our website but for whom we can provide rebates for. Additionally, we add partner brokers often so feel free to "Contact us" regarding the addition of a broker. With that said, we are careful about what company we deal with and will not add any broker just to advertise our "wide selection." We have many years experience in the Forex/ Investments industry, and know many firms engaged in stealing or cheating clients. We will not deal with such companies.

Mistakes can happen and we are happy to take a second look. Simply add the trading statement in your FxRebate client account by going to "Brokers" and press the button "Add trading statement" or contact us at support@fxrebate.eu with a copy of your account statement (as it comes from the broker) and with a request to have the matter investigated.

You will receive a rebate prior the payment issuance, therefore your account balance will be positive. Rebates may be issued anywhere from several hours to several days before payment issuance. Payments will show up nearly immediately after a payment has been issued, and your account balance will decreased with the amount we paid.

There are no minimum earnings you must generate to receive rebates. If you have selected a payment method requiring a minimum payment and your account balance is below this, your withdrawal request will be rejected and you will be advise to use a different payment method in order to receive the funds.

The instructions for opening an account at each broker are designed to ensure the brokerage firm recognizes us as your referrer. This allows us to collect volume based commission or other types of commissions, for introduce you as a client. This commission is then used to provide your rebates. When we establish a relationship with a broker, they agree with us that they will not increase your spreads or costs because you have opened with us. They know if they did, you would simply sign up with one of their many competitors with whom we also have business relationships. In fact, because of our strength, we often are able to negotiate tighter rates with your chosen provider. We repeat – You will receive exactly the same spreads, pricing, execution, and service from your provider that you are currently used to. The only difference is you get paid to trade!

Once your account is opened, please complete all the information from the "Profile" menu and verify yout email, proof of ID and proof of address. Choose a broker and click the link or icon, then follow the instructions on the next page. If you see a field for "referred by" enter "FxRebate" or FxRebate IB number, unless directed otherwise. After opening the account with the broker you are looking for, enter on our website and "Login" into your FxRebate client account and access "Add a Broker Account" panel from "Brokers" menu and filled up all the details. We will get your request with "Pending" status and after our review we change your request to "Confirmed" or "Rejected" in case we can`t see the account under our IB structure. As a referrer, your broker pays us a part of the spread or commission they charge you each time you place a trade. This commission is taken from the firm's marketing budget, so your spreads, costs, and other services stay the same! Visit "Payment Methods" menu and setup your desired payment method by filling all the requested information. Carefully enter the correct information. Begin actively trading the account and wait for your FxRebate payments to arrive! After receiving rebates from brokers, FxRebate will put your rebates in your client account and you can see it in "Rebates" menu. Then in  "Payment Methods" menu access "Withdrawal Request" button and select "Payment Option", you set on previous step, fill the "Amount requested" and click "Submit request". Your withdrawal request will be send to us with "Pending" status and when we will pay to you the request status will get "Confirmed". If you will see the "Rejected" status, then we will provide you all the information about this in "Comment" tab. You are able to see status of all withdrawal requests in "Withdrawal Request" area.

We add rebates daily, weekly, or monthly in your FxRebate account so to get your rebates from your "Account Balance (unpaid earnings)" you need to send us a withdrawal request. Login into your FxRebate account then access the menu "Payment methods" then press the button "Withdrawal Request". Fill the form with all the requested details and click "Submit request". Financial department will process your withdrawal request within 2 working days.

Go to "Payment Methods" menu in your FxRebate client account, select your desired payment method/(s) and complete with all the requested information.
